Bangalore is often referred to as India’s Silicon Valley, it is not just about coding and coffee. This city is an adventure jungle waiting to be uncovered. Whether you are a hardcore nature person, adventure seeker, or culture lover, there is something wild, mellow, or outright weird waiting to lure you in Bangalore. From heart-pumping morning treks to laid-back walks in the garden, from enjoying a king’s wine experience, to partying in the western suburbs at the pubs, Bangalore knows how to in the fun ratings.

So if you are worn out from the same “Netflix and chill” routine, hang tight! Here is my hand-picked list of wildly fun things to do in Bangalore to fall in love with the city again. 1. Take a walk in Lalbagh 

Lalbagh isn’t just a garden, it’s a 200 acre love letter to nature. You can walk under hundred-year-old trees, among fragrant flower beds, and even walk around a lake. The Glass House, inspired by the Crystal Palace in London, is what people usually come to see— particularly at the famous flower shows. For couples, a romantic stroll at the Lalbagh is amongst one of the top things to do in Bangalore.

Climb to the top of the Kempegowda Tower, which is sitting on a rock that is 3,000 million years old. Get a 360-degree view of Bangalore’s skyline up here. And make sure to check out the kooky Snow White and Seven Dwarfs exhibit, because gardens can’t be serious all the time.

2. Skandagiri Trek

Those who are in search of adventure and mystery will surely enjoy the Skandagiri Night Trek. This incredible trek begins a mere 60 km from Bangalore. You trek along ancient ruins and foggy treks all while being shrouded in a blanket of stars.

You will reach the top just in time to witness Mount Skandagiri’s golden glow as the sun rises behind it. Simply magical! Note that this is a moderately difficult trek, so wearing good shoes, and carrying water is imperative! mind it’s a moderately hard trek, so wearing good shoes and carrying water are a must.

Best Time: October to February

3. Visit the Fascinating ISKCON Temple

The ISKON Temple is one of the largest ISKON temples in the world. From the golden complex of the ISKON Temple to the spiritual sounds of chanting and the divine aroma of temple prasad will leave you spellbound.

Be sure to check out the multi-media exhibits on the Bhagavad Gita too – way more engaging than a boring history class. Whether you’re looking for some spiritual solace or the best Instagram-worthy shots, the ISKCON Temple has it all.

4. Go for a Wine Tour
